Weird, polite Caucasian
Was waiting at the station for the train to come when this random Caucasian in his uniforms, with two other of his companions, walked pass me. When I looked up at him (which was a normal reaction when someone walked pass), he said, 'Hello!' and gave a smile. (O.O) Not wanting to be rude, I just smiled back. Still, I find it weird.
