Well, training outdoor can be fun without the sun being blazing hot even till evening. I've got darker on my cheeks and chin but not my forehead since I wear a hat. *WEIRD!

a seed, traveled by air, landed into my shoes. under the rain from last Saturday and the sun from yesterday, a sprout grew out!








well, actually I was kidding. In actual fact, I put it into my shoes making it seems like it was growing out from my shoe :) if i remembered correctly, it was fiona who started it and i continued with it.
